I kinda dig mission patches and special working group badges, so just for fun I spent a little time in BoxySVG and drew this sticker for the 4-wide panel.

I drilled the holes in the side panels to capture the top and bottom panels. I used sheet metal nuts and pressed them into the top and bottom tabs with a press. The panels have a pretty nice fit, I think. Especially for a prototype.
